1. The service
Wamitable is operated by Wamina LLC. You must be at least 18 to use it. Wamitable creates listing photos and text from information you provide. We do not post listings for you, run a marketplace, or take part in any sale.
2. Your responsibilities
You must own or have the right to sell the item and use the photos. You are responsible for reviewing your listing for accuracy before posting it and for following each marketplace's rules. Do not use Wamitable for prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit items.
3. No guarantees
We do not guarantee that your item will sell or sell at any price. Price suggestions are estimates based on the information you provide, not live market data.
4. Payments and refunds
Purchases are one-time payments processed by Stripe; there are no subscriptions. Packages of 5, 10 or 25 Selling Kits cover that many different products and come with one Selling Kit code; each use of the code unlocks one product's Selling Kit. The code has no cash value. Every Selling Kit includes a social selling video at no extra charge. If something went wrong with your listing, contact us at hello@wamitable.com and we'll make it right.
5. Intellectual property
You keep the rights to your photos. You may freely use the listing text and images we create for you. The Wamitable brand, logo and software belong to us.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wamitable is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and the service is provided "as is," and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected listing.
7. Changes
We may update these terms and our pricing. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
