Wamitable, operated by Wamina LLC ("we," "us"), creates marketplace listings and selling content from photos and details you provide. We collect as little as possible and do not require an account.
1. What we collect
- Photos you upload and the listings we create from them.
- Item details you enter, such as description, condition, price, and city/state. We never ask for a street address.
- Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe, our payment provider. We do not see or store your card number.
- Basic usage data through website analytics (Google Analytics), which uses cookies. See our Cookie Policy.
2. How we use it
Only to create your listing, improve your photos, verify payment, and deliver your result. Photos and details are processed by automated service providers solely to produce your listing; we do not allow them to use your content to train their models where we can control this. Your photos are stored privately and are only reachable through your private link.
3. How long we keep it
Unpaid drafts expire after 7 days. Paid listings remain available through your private link for 30 days. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers needed to run the service: hosting and storage, AI processing, payments, and analytics.
5. Your rights
You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time.
6. Children
Wamitable is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
